The Truth of Life or the Secret of Extending Life to 240 Years from 80.

Facebook archive. First published on 2015-05-22.

Being a curious and obedient child, it seemed to me that chocolate bars were a kind of real currency issued for obedience and entertaining adults. To this day my mother, telling stories about me in childhood, recalls an incident in kindergarten where I reacted to another child's fall with the phrase: “Lesya, you have a tendency to fall on level ground”. For which I received quite a few children's bonuses. Back then it seemed to me that the formula of life was simple and unpretentious. Behave like an adult, and you will get a chocolate bar with tooth decay.

Then there was:

«Study, knowledge will always come in handy, you do not carry it on your back». «Treat others the way you want them to treat you». «God helps those who get up early». «By not finishing your food, you leave your strength on the plate». «You always need to eat something liquid, at least once a day». «Tell the truth, otherwise, there was that tale about the shepherd and the wolf, everything ended badly there». «Do not take what belongs to others, or you will go to prison». «Do not hang around with bad company, you will become a drunk, a thief, and again go to prison». «Do not start a fight, but do not let yourself be offended.

Only hit back». «Help your elders». «Help a friend in trouble. There was also such a song: A friend will not abandon you in trouble, will not ask too much, that is what a real, faithful friend means». «Take care of girls, do not offend them, they are future mothers».

From more adult ones:

«The best investment is an investment in yourself». «Engage only in the business you understand». «They meet you by your clothes, but see you off by your mind». «Always move toward the intended goal». «Business contacts are much more valuable than quick money».

The most important thing a small person needs to know is that deception reigns in the world. And here, either you deceive together with the whole world, or you are deceived. Moreover, even if you yourself are a deceiver, that will not protect you from deception in return. Those practicing yogic satya need to be truthful in everything, in thoughts, actions, and in fulfilling promises given. And if someone tries to behave in this way, universal deception will become a great obstacle. Because the average person lies without thinking.

And only the desire to tell the truth shows what liars we all are. Society is arranged in such a way that liars need a large number of trusting people. And the first thing they do is create them, and from childhood. It is more convenient for deceivers this way; there is no need to invent more sophisticated methods. This is not even about deception as such; conceptual ideas are deception.

Society organized the state so that life would become easier for people. Easier to feed oneself, easier to protect oneself, easier to conduct one's life activity. But this is deception.

History as a science does not exist, because drawing conclusions based on the opinion of some chronicle, of some chronicler — is simply foolish. It is the subjective opinion of one person. Archaeology is interesting, but also subjective. Therefore one needs to know history, but one does not need to believe in it. History is a means for political regimes to justify their existence. Nutrition. The most widespread lie is that one needs to eat every day, and three times a day. Do we fill up a car three times every day?

No, it depends on the activity of driving. A human being is the same kind of mechanism. Low activity should lead to low food consumption. A human being consumes energy not only through nutrition; there is also breathing and sleep. We are a biological machine, our DNA and the DNA of a banana coincide by 50%. One can suppose that we also consume the energy of the sun, maybe not as much as sun-eaters say, but the idea is quite real. And there is nothing more harmful than liquid food. One should listen to one's organism. Relations between people.

Friendship is deception. A human being is a set of selfish psychological mechanisms. Accordingly, any communication between people is exchange, trade, a bazaar, call it what you like. The basic rule is you to me — I to you. Deceivers invented friendship, and then, growing up, we begin to suffer from the loss of friends. There were friends with whom it was pleasant to drink beer; one has only to move, and you have no friends anymore. Drinking beer has become less convenient. Such relations move into a sluggish phase, we begin to see each other rarely. Until one fine day we quarrel.

And that is all, the many-years-long friendship is over.

In reality all the rules of life manifest at once and by themselves; they are not worth describing. The main thing a person possesses is his freedom. If freedom is restricted by rules, this is not order, it is the restriction of freedom by rules. There are rules that save lives; only they are worth teaching. Everything else is at Your discretion. That a person can change his character or grow intellectually is also an illusion. An ape cannot become a human being, even the stupidest one. It does not have the right set of genes. The idea of evolution is interesting, but we do not fully know what is responsible for it. And what difference does it make to You personally what will happen in a thousand years?

It is very difficult to build a universal set of ideas for every day; the main thing is to understand the very essence of life. What do we live for? This is not a philosophical question, but an everyday one. It is difficult to answer without understanding what time is. Time is a measure of change of an object, substance, or event. I.e. in any case a measure of change. If something changes slowly, then time flows more slowly for it; if something changes quickly, then time flows more quickly. In childhood this is very noticeable, because the organism grows, i. e. changes faster.

Then growth slows down, accordingly time also slows down. We are used to the idea that the average person lives a life of 80 years' duration. But is that so?

A modest calculation, claiming nothing, but revealing the essence of the idea:
