How to Prolong the War Further and Make It Bloodier.

Ukraine and Ukrainians are undergoing an internal transformation, and everyone says in unison that this is right and that our state must pass through this stage, even if it is difficult and bloody, but then, then we will become a nation. A united nation that defended democracy. In order to substantiate the forecast, I will have to refute these conclusions. Not because I like it, but because the internal brakes need to be pressed already, and self-criticism is the first indication of pressing this very internal brake.

Ukraine is a unitary state and a parliamentary-presidential republic. The words are probably familiar, but few people know or understand the meaning. The basis for the emergence of the state was ancient formations of people into tribes for struggle or protection from the forces of nature or attack. Ukraine is defending itself from an attack by Russia, so the state is performing its main function: protection from attack.

The next thesis is how a state can be formed; I will not list all the principles, I will name a few:

• the emergence of the state is a consequence of the principle: the weak submits to the strong.

• The second concept is the theory of internal violence. Its author is the 19th-century German scholar Eugen Duhring. He believed that without the domination of the majority over the minority, the state cannot arise.

Ukraine is a state that arose according to the second concept, the concept of internal violence of the majority over the minority.

In addition to protective functions, the state performs functions of governance. To perform protective functions, governance is a necessary function. Without the second, there will be no first. Thus state power is exercised within the borders of the state on a territorial basis, not on a blood-kinship or other basis.

I will single out this point and repeat it once more in other words: Power extends over territories, and protects territories. The nation is precisely that blood-kinship feature to which governance as a function of the state is not applied. I understand that for many this is unexpected, but the thesis is taken from the textbook “Theory of State and Law”; those who wish can check it. That is, there is no need to go through any bloody period for the formation of a nation, just as there is no need to become a nation. It is necessary to restore territorial integrity - this is the main task of the state.

A parliamentary-presidential republic contains the principles of democracy at its foundation; in fact, our media never tire of repeating that Ukraine is fighting for the entire democratic world. One of the important principles of democracy, from the same textbook, is:

• ensuring democratic rights and freedoms in society and recognizing the priority of the rights of the individual;

Ukraine, in addition to its protective functions, is obliged to manifest its power through the priority of the rights of the individual. The right of the individual is the main democratic principle.

Anti-democratic political regimes differ in variety; at the same time, their common features are opposite to the traits of a democratic regime:

• full control by the state over all spheres of public life;

• nationalization of public organizations (political parties, trade unions);

• suppression of the individual, absence of real rights and freedoms;

• primacy of the state over law;

• dictatorship of one political party;

• militarization of public life;

• persecution for religious and other officially unrecognized convictions, for dissent;

• low standard of living of the main strata of the population.

One should agree with the opinion that most often undemocratic regimes are established in crisis (extraordinary) periods (their emergence is extremely necessary, but only for a temporary period)

Martial law is the realization of anti-democratic principles that are introduced for a limited time to overcome a crisis. This is normal state practice, and its history is quite long. Tyrants were chosen for the period of crisis, governed the state single-handedly, and were freed from any kind of responsibility for their actions. After overcoming the crisis, the tyrant lost his powers and authority. Therefore this word, which has become a common noun today, initially had a different meaning in history: a person who establishes order quickly and harshly.

The concentration of harsh power in one pair of hands is called a totalitarian regime. In fact, Russia is a typical representative of such a regime, headed by the tyrant Putin.

But during martial law, and during the realization of anti-democratic principles, any state begins to turn into a totalitarian one. And therefore Ukraine cannot be an exception. This is how state power works in crisis situations. It is difficult to accept, but such is reality: to win a war, individual freedoms should be limited. This is not spoken of in this key, but if we do not speak about it, that does not mean the phenomenon has ceased to exist.

The extreme form of totalitarianism is fascism; here is a quote explaining what it is:

A fascist regime represents one of the extreme forms of totalitarianism, above all characterized by nationalist ideology, an idea of the superiority of one nation over others (the dominant nation, race, etc.), and extreme aggressiveness.

Now I will gather all the theses together.

Zelensky's power is the realization of the principle of internal violence, where the majority dominates the minority. An unprofessional weak authority was chosen by an uneducated weak majority, basing its opinion on the television series “Servant of the People”, which showed our enemy how weak and stupid we are. And this subsequently became one of the reasons for the beginning of the aggressive phase of the conflict, the beginning of which our state knew about, according to Arestovych.

And because of unprofessionalism and stupidity, it could not fulfill the state's main task of protecting the civilian population in the first days of the war. Continuing unprofessional governance, Zelensky's authority bases its ideology on the national principle, where Ukrainians are the core of the nation, and the nation is the basis of the state of Ukraine. This ideology became the main one during the period of martial law, which in its essence is an anti-democratic form of rule, albeit temporary.

My tongue will not move to write the conclusion about totalitarianism and where it can lead us. After all, I wrote about fascism not only in order to show with arguments that Russia is fascist, but also in order to continue this conclusion.

The inner beast is invisible, and when it takes power, it does so unnoticed. Totalitarianism is contagious; it penetrates not only into power, it penetrates into people's hearts. At the moment the authority is cynical; it needs to win the war at any cost. Any cost presupposes that within the framework of war, any actions for victory are justified. But there are always two paths: the convenient one and the right one. Hiding information about the start of the war is the convenient path, not the right one.

Not evacuating the civilian population from the places of the main strike is the convenient path, not the right one. Leaving the population without support and directing all resources to the war is also the convenient path, not the right one.

Jupiter entered the eighth house of Ukraine and Russia on May 2, and softening began. But this is a very dangerous softening. This says that during the year Jupiter will spend in the eighth house of the two countries, neither victory nor defeat can occur. This forecast can be realized in different ways, and for some time the war may even stop. But because of the increased strength of the inner beast of our authority, the situation may become even worse than during the war.

Internal conflicts and the appropriation of victory will begin; persecution of dissent will begin; national influence inside the country will grow. The state will “tighten the screws” with laws so strongly that there will be no strength to endure it all. Yanukovych will seem like a harmless little child to us if the inner beast of our authority wins. And Russia will attack again, but giving it the resistance we are giving now will already be impossible because of internal weakness.

It is not Zelensky and the Servants of the People who are fighting; the AFU and the generals are fighting. Support is given to us not because Zelensky is a sweetheart, but because foreign policy and the diplomatic corps had been working for 8 years before this. And most importantly, every personal tragedy produces aggression, weakness produces aggression, helplessness produces aggression. The tyranny of martial law is dangerous in itself, aggression in society is dangerous in itself, and basing ideology on the national principle is the most dangerous action.

And as a result, these three factors may become the cause of the strongest internal conflict. I have already written about Jupiter in the eighth house as a family or domestic war. This is exactly what awaits Ukraine if changes in ideology do not begin, if support for the population does not begin, if personal tragedies do not find support in society. When I share a personal tragedy on fb, 2-3 people react - this is an indicator that the strengthening of the inner beast is already great.

It remains to believe that the wise Ukrainian people will choose the right values. Everything will be Ukraine.
