During this time a review will be conducted, the purpose of which is to determine whether the provision of aid corresponds to the policy goals of the new administration. This decision did not affect the provision of military aid to Ukraine, but it did affect humanitarian aid.

  9. Restriction of birthright citizenship: Trump signed an executive order restricting the automatic granting of citizenship to children born on U.S. territory to parents who are not citizens or permanent residents of the country.

In response, he threatened to impose significant tariffs on goods from the EU.

  14. Fighting antisemitism: President Trump signed an executive order aimed at combating antisemitism, providing for the deportation of foreigners, including students who participated in pro-Palestinian protests.

  15. Introduction of a "smart" border system in the Schengen Area: From the first half of 2025, the EU is introducing a system of "smart" borders that will change entry rules for citizens of non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom.

  16. Tightening rules for artificial intelligence (AI Act): From February 2, 2025, provisions of the AI Act begin to take effect in the European Union, banning AI systems that mislead users or violate fundamental human rights. Companies are required to train staff and introduce internal standards for the use of AI.

All these news stories from the EU and the United States give food for thought, since in essence they say that foreign policy in the world is changing from open to closed. Such a sharp change of course is quite costly, and no country will want to throw tons of money to the wind because of a whim or simply by giving in to emotion. These are quite complex and calculated steps that are not taken for no reason and are carefully calculated by analysts of every kind.

But the news does not make it clear why and for what purpose such harsh measures of self-isolation are being adopted so abruptly. It is all because of Saturn, which enters the constellation of Pisces on March 30, 2025. Saturn has a slow transit, so its actions begin earlier and continue longer. It is believed that Saturn influences not only the constellation in which it is located, but also the two neighboring constellations. Therefore this news sequence is only the first, and the general global trend will continue and increase.

Possible reasons for countries' self-restraint:

  1. Economic instability and crises

  2. Political instability and the growth of nationalism

  3. Social changes and cultural self-identification

  4. Foreign-policy challenges and geopolitical tension

  5. Environmental challenges and sustainable development

  6. Reaction to external sanctions and trade wars

Let us discard the weakly relevant ones: these will be 2, 3, and 5. What remains is economics, geopolitics, and trade wars. And in fact this is one global reason: the United States is losing its leading positions in the world, and Europe along with it. Rasha's war with Ukraine and the help to Rasha from the country of the "axis of evil" and China showed that NATO and the United States are not coping with such a large challenge, and apart from economic aid and weapons supplies they have nothing with which to respond. The value of human life outweighed all other values.

But if we look at zelensky's dictatorship and the history of its emergence, it becomes clear that democracy is a weak form of government and that states switch to a dictatorship mode in order to survive. I wrote some time ago about the struggle between two regimes, democracy and dictatorship, and now it is becoming obvious that dictatorship is defeating democracy. And here it will no longer matter much whether there is an escalation of the war or not; even if we are lucky and the war stops, the whole world will enter a dictatorship mode for at least 2.5 years.

The U.S. withdrawal from programs for the development of green energy, which is very expensive, and the increase in extraction from non-renewable energy sources will give a fairly serious economic push. This, again, will affect world energy prices; they will fall. But in the United States there will remain both green energy and fossil energy. In Rasha and China there are no such significant programs for the development of green energy. Maybe it is not needed, of course, this green energy of yours, but technological development has now become the most energy-intensive.

And when fossil energy is insufficient, having a trump card up one's sleeve in the form of green energy would not be bad. And this says that history is again throwing us into a world of resource and territorial wars. China and Rasha have forgotten how all this ended last time.

In simplified form, it sounds like:

"You do not want to compete economically and conduct more civilized trade wars, so let us start degrading and return to resource wars" In this sense Rasha is the leader in natural resources, which is why it is imposing this kind of competition on the world. But it has a very low percentage of green-energy use. In the opinion of experts, in the long term green energy + fossil energy will take leadership away from Rasha.

And the closing of countries that are key in technological development will again lower the rating of countries deprived of such significant technological sectors. The current war has shown that drones and artillery are the ones fighting. But right now drones are controlled by people, and this is their critical vulnerability. A human being is not capable of reacting to and analyzing a situation at the same speed as a machine. And it is easier to create a million smart drones than to grow a million soldiers.

The only problem is the intelligence of the drones; for this a more advanced AI is needed. And for the development of a more advanced AI, a lot of energy is needed. What should ordinary mortals do? What should we, ordinary mortals dragged into this useless conflict of two regimes, do? The idea is quite simple: stay farther from territories rich in natural resources and closer to territories with high technologies. The constellation of Pisces is the last constellation in the zodiac circle, that is, after it the world will definitely change and a new global cycle of Saturn will begin.

All the last 30 years, humanity has shown a tendency toward evolution, not involution. Therefore it is logical to assume that in 2-3 years we will wake up in a world that has begun its new 30-year stage of development.

Goodness to all. Hold on!
