This is not yet an indicator that it is completely non-working. Since there was a major event, and it found an intersection in the natal chart. For me the symbol looks unclear; without Mars, or with this small conjunction of the Moon and Mars, I would not have said that a massive strike on infrastructure was possible.

In simple words, the natal chart of a state is actually not the chart of the state, but a chart connected with some aspect of the state. Since states change over time, these changes should probably also be taken into account. Changes have been made to the Constitution of Ukraine 7 times; for example, the Constitution of America has undergone changes 27 times. Only our constitution has been current since 1996, while the American one has been current since 1791.

Every state treats its constitution very carefully, because even the most insignificant change in the constitution will entail changes in many laws. Seven changes in 28 years indicates that, on average, the Constitution of Ukraine changes once every 4 years. The American constitution has changed 27 times in 233 years, and this indicates that it changes approximately once every 8 years. One amendment in 4 years or one amendment in 8 years. In 2 years of war, Zelensky violated 25 articles of the constitution.

In total, the Constitution of Ukraine has 161 articles, while the American one has 7 articles and those same 27 amendments, 34 in total. Forgive me for talking about numbers for so long, but this is for understanding the scale of the changes. Violation of the constitution by the guarantor of the constitution is the same as single-handedly making amendments to the constitution. If we actually wanted to change 25 articles of the constitution, on average we would need 100 years, and the Americans 200 years.

Zelensky's narrative that the war with Russia will go on endlessly is understandable and is confirmed by the inauguration chart; in his reality everything will be exactly like that. We are standing on the threshold of very serious changes; if we again choose the wrong side, we will get an endless war.

According to most analysts, the war with Russia will go on endlessly or until something changes in the very foundation of the war. I see the end of the war this year. But now, when I have begun developing the chart from Zelensky's inauguration, the option of endless war has begun to take shape from an astrological point of view as well. I very much hope that all these draconian laws and violations of the constitution are aimed at making society accept the bitter pill of negotiations, at which Ukraine will have to concede territories.

In this case, the Constitution of Ukraine will also have to be changed, and the country itself will change as well. And therefore the date of concluding the peace treaty will create the chart of a new Ukraine. But again, unfortunately, many political scientists and experts do not believe in the peace summit in Switzerland, nor in Zelensky's peace formula, and they see his imminent resignation. Zelensky's resignation itself, if it does not lead to the cancellation of the draconian laws and does not return Ukrainian power to a legal course, will also continue to strengthen the chart from the inauguration, which is bad for us.

Also bad for us is Rahu's presence in the eighth house in the constitution chart and in the 9th house in the inauguration chart. In both variants it emerges that the genocide of Ukrainians will continue and laws from madmen will also continue to be adopted at least until April 2025. And this contradicts my expectation of the end of the war this year, or at least a respite.

Forecast by dates. All dates have an error margin of +- 2 days. The Stellium is moving through the 11th house in Ukraine's chart; this house is responsible for politics and society, so all events will in one way or another be connected with this symbolism.

18.06 Conjunction of transiting Venus and Mercury (World aspect). Some kind of dual event for the world; something will be connected with the sphere of life and movement. There may be some natural cataclysm or phenomenon. Possibly financial news that will stir up the whole world.

21.06 Conjunction of transiting Mercury with the natal Sun. Resonant news, negotiations, meetings, signing of papers, some public speeches.

23.06 Conjunction of transiting Venus with the natal Sun. Consequences of the event of the 21st that will touch the sphere of Venus, finances, or civilians.

26.06 Mercury entered transition and lost its strength. (World aspect). A more or less ordinary world event connected with transport, weather, or information.

28.06 Constitution Day, the transiting Sun conjoins the natal Sun, which marks the beginning of a new solar year. On this day the annual cycle of events ends, and if one also takes into account that a cycle of 9.5 years recently ended, it may seem that Ukraine is preparing for a new turn in its history, which will begin to manifest on this day and continue for a period of 9.5 years.

01.07 Mercury left transition and entered the 12th house. At this time an event will occur that will show what to expect from the passage of the stellium through the 12th house, which, among other things, is responsible for loneliness.

On July 15 transiting Jupiter will conjoin natal Mars. This is the turning point of the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. By this time all planets will leave Aries; astrologically everything is ready for the signing of a peace treaty.
