This Privacy Policy explains how Hidden World processes personal data on the website, in its services, and through the Astro Jyotish plugin for ChatGPT and Codex.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is INCREDIBLE WORLD d.o.o., OIB HR 84710923876, Ulica Antuna Branka Šimića 9, Biograd na Moru, Croatia.

2. Data We Process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

  • account data, such as name, email address, verified-email status, and identifiers from email, Google, Facebook, or Telegram sign-in;
  • astrology data, such as birth date, birth time, birth place, time zone, current place, chart title, saved charts, active-chart selection, questions, and generated results;
  • service and entitlement data, such as stars, trial access, subscription status, service costs, request status, and purchase history;
  • support and consultation data that you submit voluntarily;
  • payment metadata from Stripe, such as payment status and transaction reference; Hidden World does not receive or store full payment-card details;
  • technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookies, page views, security events, and diagnostic logs.

3. Astro Jyotish Plugin and OAuth

The Astro Jyotish plugin connects to an existing Hidden World account through OAuth. It requests only the permissions needed to read the connected profile and use selected astrology services.

Hidden World processes OAuth client registrations, short-lived authorization codes, access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, and revocation records. Tokens are stored in protected form. Authorization codes expire after 5 minutes, access tokens after 1 hour, and refresh tokens after 30 days unless they are revoked sooner.

The plugin may show account status, saved charts, chart images, current entitlements and costs, and results requested by the user. It does not expose passwords, payment-card data, authentication tokens, or internal diagnostic identifiers in chat. The plugin does not sell subscriptions, credits, or digital services and does not initiate checkout.

When the plugin is used in ChatGPT or Codex, OpenAI separately processes conversation and product-usage data under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. Hidden World receives only the authenticated requests and data needed to provide the selected plugin function.

4. Why We Process Data

We process data to:

  • create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
  • calculate, save, display, and select Jyotish charts;
  • provide natal interpretations, forecasts, Prashna, Panchanga, consultations, and requested AI-astrologer results;
  • manage existing stars, trial access, subscriptions, purchases, and service delivery;
  • deliver digital products and respond to support requests;
  • prevent abuse, investigate errors, and keep the website and plugin reliable;
  • measure website use and improve content and services.

The legal bases may include performance of a contract, user consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement.

5. Service Providers and Recipients

We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Providers may include:

  • Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication, storage, and processing;
  • Stripe for payment processing;
  • OpenAI when a user chooses to use the Astro Jyotish plugin in ChatGPT or Codex;
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Contentsquare for website measurement and product analytics;
  • email and support providers used to deliver requested messages and assistance.

These providers process data under their own terms and, where applicable, data-processing agreements and transfer safeguards.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses essential cookies and may load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Contentsquare technologies that collect device, browser, page-view, and interaction data. You can limit nonessential cookies through browser settings and the controls offered by those providers, but some features may work differently.

The Astro Jyotish MCP service does not use advertising cookies. Authentication and security records are used only to connect and protect the account and deliver requested functions.

7. Retention

  • account, profile, saved-chart, question, and generated-result data is kept while the account or requested service remains active, and is deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request unless retention is legally required;
  • OAuth authorization codes, access tokens, and refresh tokens follow the expiration periods stated in section 3 and may be revoked earlier;
  • technical and security logs are normally kept for up to 30 days;
  • payment and order records are retained only for the period required by accounting, tax, anti-fraud, and other applicable laws;
  • verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, token hashing, limited OAuth scopes, expiring credentials, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside Croatia or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; revoke the Astro Jyotish connection in ChatGPT or Codex; and complain to a competent supervisory authority.

11. Children

Hidden World is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
