User Data Deletion Instructions
Hidden World lets users sign in with email, Telegram, Google, and Facebook. We store only the data needed to provide the service, maintain the account, process payments, and send requested results.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, contact us through the contact form:
In your request, include:
- the email address connected to your Hidden World account;
- the sign-in method you used, such as Facebook, Google, Telegram, or email;
- a short request such as "Please delete my Hidden World account data."
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account data connected to the user, including profile data, saved charts, active-chart selection, submitted astrology questions, generated results, service-job metadata, sign-in identifiers, and Astro Jyotish OAuth tokens and grants where deletion is legally permitted.
Payment records may be retained only where required by accounting, tax, anti-fraud, or legal obligations.
You can also revoke the Astro Jyotish connection immediately from the plugin or connected-app settings in ChatGPT or Codex. Revocation prevents future plugin access but does not by itself delete the Hidden World account.
Timing
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
