Mars entered transition on July 27 and will leave it on August 10. For the war, there is a good chance to start negotiations between the sides if they manage to do it before September 10. The general tendencies are good: there is escalation on both sides, and this brings us closer to a peak after which a decline would be logical.
The complication is that August is usually full of unpleasant surprises. Many catastrophic events fall on this month. El Nino has not gone anywhere, and its peak will also fall in August. This creates a contradiction. In such situations, either two contradictory events happen, or the stronger event wins.
We managed to build our own military-industrial complex and successfully use drone warfare against the enemy, and we have started putting the chaos around the enlistment offices in order. These are positive tendencies for us. But Zelya should not be underestimated: he has a spectacular ability to screw up even where it looked like nothing could help that happen.
There will be three periods for the start of negotiations over the next two years, and the first one begins now. Therefore I expect that our authorities will not use it, even though political pressure is being applied from all sides both on the clown and on the old man. Until roughly November, the war situation may reduce pressure on the humanitarian sphere. At least that is how it worked in the previous Mars cycle.

August 2026 for Ukraine does not look easier than July, but it looks different. Military force leaves direct pressure on the 10th house and moves into the 11th house: networks, groups, allies, mass processes, coordination, and results through bringing people together.
