By the transits of Saturn and Jupiter, and also by the dasha periods, my lagna (also the ascendant) works out as a lagna in Scorpio, i.e. the time from 11:19 to 14:15 GMT+3

He ends up with a packed 11th house, and I chose it to be so packed because the Sun is there, as a symbol of the father, while the 11th house is responsible for politics. But this is not certain, because knowing Yulia Tymoshenko's chart, she has a packed 3rd house. But with planets in the 11th house in Dmitry's chart, the transits and dashas worked out, so I consider the assumption correct.

Dmitry has the Sun, Venus, Rahu and Mercury in the 11th. These are good indicators for a politician, I would even say for a hereditary politician.

Besides this, Saturn fell into the 10th house, which is also good, and by shad bala he has 136%, which is more than the middle. This position of Saturn gives management skills, and given that Saturn is in Leo, the nature of this management is authoritative. These are positive qualities for a leader, and therefore his authority is deserved, which is surprising. Saturn, true, is in transition and, despite its 136%, does not particularly apply them, because it does not need to. Often only authoritativeness is enough, as I understand it, the authority of the father and his own personal authority earned over time.

Mars occupies the first degree of Cancer, but again by shad bala it has 134%. For me this is surprising, because the position of Mars is very weak. Perhaps, just as in the situation with Saturn, he simply does not need to show his strength; everything in life is already handed to him on a silver platter.

This is also confirmed by Jupiter in the eighth house; this symbol is more likely interpreted as happiness from other people's money, including banks. That also looks quite logical.

The Moon in the 12th house makes Dmitry insensitive to everything that is not connected with the symbolism of the 12th house. Dmitry understands criminality, religion and immigrants. He also likes spending money on various dark dealings. I very often encounter in rich and powerful people some inexplicable love of religion.

My overall impression of Dmitry's personality is mixed. I do not see any special signs of a terrible or frightening person; here everything is rather more or less positive. But as a personality he is weak, not charged with energy or something. It is inconvenient to manipulate him, because Dmitry is not stupid; there is a risk that at some point he will start bending his own line. Moreover, this year Saturn and Jupiter changed constellations, and even if Jupiter returns for a short time, it will not help Dmitry become the successor. His time has passed. Astrologically, he can no longer become the successor. But there were chances until 2025.
