Astro Weather Forecast for January-February 2026

Astro weather forecast. (January-February 2026.)

This is an experiment, so do not judge too harshly. Astrology can be used to forecast disasters and crises, while weather is a local phenomenon. But if the weather causes a crisis, then there is an option.

The cold snap began on January 9-10; at that time Mars lost strength and became angry. The Sun, Venus and Mercury, together with Mars, were changing constellation, which also led to these planets losing strength. We are interested in Mercury, because it is in bad company. The Sun and Mars are malefics that charge Mercury with their harm. The Sun acts more as a catalyst here; Mercury draws its main anger from Mars. Therefore we should track when Mercury moves away from Mars. Mercury is responsible for air, Mars for energy. Mars being in the constellation of Capricorn makes this energy cold.

Mars will remain in Capricorn until February 22 - this is the maximum period when it may be cold. But Mercury will begin to leave Capricorn on January 31 and will finally change constellation on February 6. This means the wind will begin to calm down starting January 31 and will completely stop being “angry” on February 6. And the extreme cold will pass by February 22.

No longer about the weather.

The next problem should be expected from the stellium passing over transiting Rahu. The situation will begin to unfold from February 12; I think then we will see what to prepare for. Let this post be more positive. I will make a separate forecast for February.

P.S. All dates have an error margin of +- 2 days.
