Auspicious time: panchanga and daily forecast

The Auspicious time service combines panchanga and a short daily forecast. It helps you understand the quality of a day and choose a more reasonable moment for ordinary actions.

Panchanga shows the weekday, tithi, Moon nakshatra, yoga, and karana. The service can also show Rahu-kala, Abhijit-muhurta, Yamaganda, Gulika, Dur-muhurta, and Varjyam when the data is available.

The service scores Panchanga and transits relative to the active natal chart separately. Each receives a strength from 1 to 10. The final score is their exact average: the two values are added and divided by two without rounding.

Maharishi Parashara shows the Panchanga and transit factors without a ready synthesis. Volodymyr Kraine explains their combined effect on the day. Dashas and other periods are not used here.

For another date, set the moment under “Additional data”. The initial location comes from the saved place of residence, or from the active chart's place of birth when no residence is saved. You can change the place before calculation.

Daily forecast is not the same as the broader forecast service. It focuses on the day: Panchanga, transits, and how they touch the natal chart.
