I get the impression that every Ukrainian is ready to do everything so that his country lives well, but completely refuses to come to terms with the factor of time that is required for any changes. The argumentation. everyone should already be speaking the Ukrainian language all citizens should have the cotton wool of the brain pass. the police should not take bribes together with judges and other state officials.

After the foundation of a house has been built, one has to wait through the winter so that the foundation experiences all temperature regimes, and only after that do we move on to building the walls. At what stage do you think the country is, if compared with building a house? November 21-22, 2013 – the beginning of rallies in Kyiv; the establishment of a tent camp - this is only the stage of forming the intention for changes in consciousness.

February 21-22, 2014 Yanukovych leaves Kyiv. This stage can roughly be called the choice of a plot for construction. Note that the transition from the intention to change one's living conditions to the choice of territory for further construction took 3 months.

On March 18, 2014, an agreement is signed in Moscow on the accession of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to Russia. At this moment the boundary of the plot for construction was marked with the neighbors. The neighbors are not delighted with our construction, and not only do they express dissatisfaction, they also stole part of the territory, dump their garbage on part of the territory, steal fruit trees and berry bushes, and carry out all sorts of sabotage in order to delay the start of construction.

On May 26, 2014, according to preliminary results, P. Poroshenko won victory in the first round of the presidential election. A foreman was found, and as always they chose from the available foremen, so from what there was, they chose the most adequate one. Again, from marking out the territory to agreements with the foreman, 3 months passed. What in ordinary life takes 1-2 days, or at most a week, at the country level takes 12-ty times more time. I repeat, twelve times more.

After May 26 until June 24, the beginning of fierce military actions. On June 23, the first attempts to end the conflict peacefully.

On June 24, 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed that the Federation Council repeal the resolution on the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine in connection with the start of trilateral negotiations on settling the situation in the eastern regions of that country. It can be said that an agreement was reached; it remains to hold to this agreement.

Using the analogy with construction, the foreman tried to designate the territory for laying the foundation by agreeing on the boundaries with the neighbors. Only the neighbors continue to light fires, throw stones at everything located on the construction site, well of course wherever they can throw.

On August 1, 2014, the sectoral sanctions of the European Union were published, which entered into force for a period of 12 months. That is, the Other neighbors decided to stop communicating with the murderer, stopped going for coffee and congratulating him on holidays. But the aggressor continued to throw garbage onto our territory, calling it humanitarian aid. Something like: “To the place where fires used to burn, we will bring black soil and fertilizers,” but instead barrels of incendiary mixture and stones were supplied so that it would be easier to throw stones and light fires.

On September 5, 2014, negotiations of the trilateral contact group in the Ukraine - Russia — OSCE format took place in Minsk. That is, the foreman together with other neighbors is trying to reach an agreement with the aggressor neighbor. Apparently the smoke from the fires and the flying stones are no longer bothering only us.

On September 16, 2014, among other things, the law on lustration was adopted. That is, the foreman and his crew marked out a plan for clearing the plot in order to begin building the foundation.

On October 26, 2014, early elections to the Verkhovna Rada took place. The foreman is recruiting a new crew of builders.

On November 2, 2014, elections of their leaders and deputies of local parliaments were held in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. On the seized territory, a crew of builders is also being recruited; some other construction is being planned.

On December 23, 2014, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law abolishing Ukraine's non-bloc status. The foreman and the crew of builders decided to abandon neutrality and decided to join other neighbors in terms of lighting fires and throwing stones. In case the aggressor wants to seize the entire construction plot completely, so that other neighbors can be called for help.

Throughout 2015 the aggressor throws stones and lights fires, while the foreman and the neighbors try to persuade the madman to calm down. The neighbors chip in for food for the builders.

In December 2015 the aggressor started talking about debt. As in the film Afonya: “Hand over a ruble, relative! Afonya owes me a ruble. Two, two!”

According to foundation construction technology, concrete must stand for at least 28 days, i.e. a Month. This is if construction is active and mad neighbors do not interfere. Translated into country time, this will be 1*12, i.e. a year. When you see that the foundation has been laid, know that one cannot live in it yet; walls must be built. There are technologies in which the foundation is not allowed to stand for a year; wall construction begins almost immediately. But again, multiply the time by 12-ty, and this is only if construction is going full speed. Average house construction takes about 3 years; for a country this is a period of 12-ty years.

Astrology.

From February 1997 to February 2016, the period of Saturn is running in Ukraine's horoscope. Usually this is a very difficult and long period in human life; it is characterized by long periods of sorrow and suffering. At this time the realization of negative karma occurs. In the case of a country, the period has the same characteristics. Saturn is also responsible for restrictions and the slowing down of all processes. On the positive side, one can say that Saturn governs career and analytical ways of thinking.

That is, in the period from 1997 to 2016 Ukraine built its career and experienced all kinds of restrictions, and tried to treat everything philosophically and with reason.

In February 2016 another period will begin, the period of Mercury, which is responsible for trade, transport and information. In a certain sense it is responsible for science and education, but only for basic information, since Jupiter is responsible for knowledge and higher education. From 2016 to 2033 Ukraine will study, trade, and become a serious transport hub for its neighbors. But it will not be able to build itself a house. Most likely the plot will resemble a trading platform or a road. Since any construction requires money.

Looking ahead, I will say that Ukraine will have money only in 2040. Of course, before this period there will be various events, including monetary ones. But construction is an expensive and troublesome matter. The construction of the house will end in 2060. And until 2076 our country will prosper. But from 2076 to 2083 we will become an aggressor country. I do not very much like unequivocal forecasts; usually I always leave a chance for another event. But there are several prerequisites for the aggressive behavior of our country in 2076.

There are two cycles of global catastrophes and military tensions. The first cycle equals 29, 5 years — this is the cycle of Saturn. This means that approximately every 30-ty years the situation governed by Saturn will symbolically repeat. The second cycle takes 60-ty years; it includes two cycles of Saturn and five cycles of Jupiter. This is the so-called Eastern horoscope of 12 animals and five elements. In 2076, i.e. in 60-ty years, the situation in the sky will be similar to the current one. And this means that tension will again be felt in the world.

In Ukraine, in February 2076, the period of Mars will begin, a very rare coincidence in fact. And all these factors will occur after the period of Venus, the Sun and the Moon, which in their essence are quite harmonious. During harmonious periods our country will gain strength, and in moments of global tension it is logical to assume that it will want to apply it in the period of Mars, which is exactly responsible for strength and aggression. I am addressing those who want to arrange a crusade against Moscow - endure until 2076.

It will be our turn to fan the world fire.

Probably everyone is interested in 2016, since waiting until 2076 is still a long time. I will make a selection of everything that I wrote about 2016 earlier. Usually, forecasting far ahead is more difficult than forecasting for the short-term perspective.

Forecast date 18.10.2012

July 2015 – August 2016 Manifestation of power and authoritarianism. The appearance of dictatorial regimes or their abolition. Changes in the principles of governance. The appearance of military political forces, or changes in the careers of the highest military command. A striving for domination and the conquest of something new and unknown. A rise in the sphere of arts and show business. The appearance of magnificent works of art, the discovery of new talents. The emergence of new standards and small discoveries made by young scientists. General demoralization of society.

The appearance of extremes: either a call to morality, or the appearance of immoral principles of society. The emergence of new esoteric currents, the activation of principles of secrecy, concealment of actions and information. Spy scandals. Activation of espionage activity. Increase in birth rate.

August 2016 – September 2017

Forecast date 2.11.2014

On 2.11.2014 Saturn entered sidereal Scorpio. Usually Saturn stays in one constellation for 2.5 years, but we were unlucky; because of its retrograde motion it will remain in the constellation longer, until 27.10.2017.

In two words about the instigators of coming events:

Saturn:

• slowing of the event
• restriction of the sphere in which it is located
• governance of the sphere in which it is located
• realizer of negative karma, the law of consequences
• natural ruler of troubles, sorrows and misfortune

Scorpio:

• responsible for poisons, chemical substances, including gas and oil, nuclear energy, viruses and bacteria, pests of all kinds
• responsible for the financial sphere, banking sphere, the sphere of lending, and other people's property
• responsible for criminality, critical situations, global catastrophes and wars
• responsible for death, confrontation with another's death, and all spheres of activity in one way or another connected with death

Possible variants of negative events:

• death from sorrows, troubles and misfortunes.
• grief and misfortune from global catastrophes and wars
• grief and misfortune from poisons, viruses, chemical substances, nuclear energy and pests, starting with insects and ending with rats and other living beings that can be classified as pests.

Possible variants of neutral events:

• slowdown in the financial sphere, restrictions on issuing loans and insurance
• discoveries of new poisons, chemical substances, types of obtaining nuclear energy or hidden secret energy
• appearance of new types of weapons, methods of conducting war and conflicts

Possible positive events:

• Global management of all critical processes on earth. The appearance of new methods and tools for combating poisons, chemicals, counteracting radiation, viral infections, pests and criminality.
• Limitation of financial speculation, inflation and any types of financial crises.

Forecast date November 2015.

If You follow my forecasts, You know that in mid-July Jupiter entered the first house in Ukraine's horoscope, and therefore until July 2016 Ukraine will be protected from all kinds of critical situations, or more precisely any situation will turn out for the good. From 19.09 to 01.03.2016 events will go straight, without changing their course, and will become harsher and harsher with each day. Saturn will begin to gain its strength, and all events that seemed critical and almost unbearable to us will intensify, slow down, and torment the whole world during the indicated 6 months.

On 25.03.2016 Saturn will turn around - this is a turning point for the world, and most likely it will be connected with the war in the Middle East. Symbolically, the situation should change to the opposite. There may be many options, from a short-term ceasefire to the retreat of the aggressors and the offensive of the defending side.

On 13.08.2016 Saturn will again change its motion, which means the situation will change as well. This is the second turning point in this war. Right now it is very difficult to say what exactly will happen, but the event will be sufficiently strong, since Saturn will be in the middle of the constellation at that time, and therefore the consequences will be “adult.” But whatever the case, the situation will be clear and predictable and will begin to change only in 2017.

If we are already speaking about the use of atomic weapons, or something similar in strength and destructiveness, then this date should be singled out especially. As, indeed, the entire month of August 2016 should be, and on 23.08.2016 there will be a conjunction of Mars and Saturn in Scorpio, which also carries a rather critical subtext.

From the point of view of numerological analysis:

the number 15 means everything evil, bad, troubles and so on. the number 13 symbolically means death, or transformation, transition to another level. 16 means struggle and confrontation. 18 means secret enemies and otherworldly forces, as well as the afterlife. Thus 2015 has in its arsenal the number 15, the number of evil and critical situations, but when adding 2+0+15 = 17 it is a good symbol of luck and victory.

In the case of 2016, everything changes somewhat. 16 - struggle and confrontation, and for almost the whole year Saturn will be in the middle of Scorpio, which will give it the strength to realize suffering and critical situations. And the addition 2+0+16=18 means secret enemies, otherworldly or invisible forces (not necessarily from the subtle world; it may well be a force or energy that is not visible, atomic energy, viruses, etc.), and if August 13 is also applied, then here astrology is clearly intertwined with numerology.

Putin's horoscope, forecast date September 2, 2014

From the point of view of astrology, it is important to find out whether there are astrological factors today that would coincide with the astrological factors of 1996. It turns out there are; otherwise I would not have given this example. The movement of the lunar node Rahu in 1996 and in 2014 passes precisely through the constellation where VVP's main talents as a politician are located. But Rahu is a nonexistent shadow planet possessing very specific characteristics.

When in conjunction with a planet, Rahu can bring its characteristics to the next level, move them to a lower level, or divide them in half. In 1996, after Rahu passed over Mercury, Saturn and the Sun, VVP received a promotion. But in astrology, one factor means nothing; many factors must be summed up to understand whether VVP will receive another promotion or not. It is unclear, true, where VVP can still grow in career terms. But the ambitions of a tyrant cannot be understood by ordinary mortals. Perhaps the beginning of BRICS activity?

Or the restoration of the borders of the Russian Empire? Be that as it may, in 1996 VVP had one more astrological factor responsible for career promotion - this is the position of transiting Saturn with Ketu in the 11th house from the Moon. Which, in fact, is responsible for incredible career growth.

In 2014, however, the situation is the opposite. In November transiting Saturn will enter sidereal Scorpio and will cease to influence VVP's career as it has done for the last 7.5 years. This means that Rahu's passage over Mercury, Saturn and the Sun will cause not a rise, but a decline in VVP's rule. As proof I will cite the situation with the downed Boeing, after which the world began to speak differently with VVP and perceive Russia as a whole differently, and this happened precisely during Rahu's aspect with VVP's Mercury; incidentally, Mercury is responsible for transport and information.

That is, instead of the usual transfer to the next level for VVP, as in 1996, Rahu moved the situation to a lower level and divided information into falsehood and truth.

In the case of Saturn, which is responsible for power and leadership, Rahu will begin to enter into aspect with it from September 22. And the "throne is rocking" under VVP from 13.07.2014. On October 12, 2014 there will be a resonant event connected with the aspects of transiting Rahu, the Sun and VVP's natal Saturn. If we take 1996 into account, then in light of everything said above, VVP will experience a reduction of power or the division of this power in half. But the accuracy of this forecast already strongly depends on the accuracy of the date of birth; if the date is incorrect, then the maximum possible (i.e. greatly increased) time of VVP's rule will end in December 2015.

Forecast date 10.01.2016

My own phrase about the end of VVP's power in December 2015 stands before my eyes. This is a concrete example of my wishful thinking being taken for reality. In fact, Rahu moved VVP to a higher level, not to a lower one, as I assumed. World events are not accidental, and stimulating factors are necessary for qualitative growth. The appearance of tyrants like VVP is precisely such a stimulating factor.

Without Russian aggression there would have been no reassessment of the whole world's attitude toward oil and toward countries supporting terrorist cells. Only a shortsighted financier will continue to base the financial well-being of his country on oil, which managed to slide from 143 dollars per barrel to the current 36. And there have already been two similar major falls in history, in December 2008 and in December 2015. Such fluctuations in the oil market marked the world's transition to another type of energy, and as a result, high growth of science and technology.

On 27.10.2017, because of its retrograde motion, Saturn will move from the constellation Scorpio into the constellation Sagittarius, where it will remain for 2.5 years. The constellation Sagittarius is responsible for science, education, everything else foreign, goals, jurisprudence, courts and laws. If one reasons in this vein, then 2016-2017 will become years of rupture with the established tendencies of the entire previous century, and these tendencies will persist until 28.03.2025. At this time something completely extraordinary will happen that affects the fate of all humanity. But let us return to 2016.

For Ukraine there is nothing to worry about until August 2016. But this does not apply to events on a global scale. Since in 2016 there is a reassessment of the entire history of humanity over the last 100 years, it is logical to assume that dissatisfied people will appear who will want to leave everything in its place. And therefore the confrontation of the sides will increase, and tension in the world will rise to the maximum. I practically did not point to Saturn's action as the realizer of negative karma, or rather did not spell out what exactly this means.

After all, when it is in the constellation of Scorpio, negative karma is realized in the form of critical situations. For Ukraine this means approximately the following:

• The countries that signed the Budapest Memorandum, namely Russia, the USA, Britain, and that grossly violated it or failed to fulfill its terms, will receive the realization of accumulated negative karma in the form of critical situations. France and China will enter this list, as they did not put their signatures, but provided analogous guarantees. For obvious reasons, Russia will get the most.
• Europe, which supplies Ukraine with loans while paying no attention to the fact that the money stolen by Yanukovych's government lies in its banks, and does not even try to begin the process of returning these funds, will also fall under the action of this principle.

In fact, this principle has already been realized throughout 2015, but it so happened that throughout the year Saturn was in a borderline state and its strength was limited. In 2016, however, all its principles will begin to be realized at full strength. At the end of February Mars will also join Saturn. And here a certain contradiction arises. Mars and Saturn are essentially opposite forces, although both are considered malefics in astrology.

But Mars is fast, aggressive and impetuous, while Saturn is slow, judicious and drags out any process. Usually they interfere with each other, and chaos begins to appear. The second point of contradiction is that the constellation Scorpio is the abode (svakshetra) of Mars, i.e. the place where it feels comfortable and tries to manifest its best qualities.

True, Mars does not have many best qualities: technique and technology, the active beginning of something, heroism and movement in any of its manifestations, as well as passion in any of its manifestations. Mars-Saturn is a symbiosis of youth and old age, which are responsible for the sphere of Scorpio. If, for example, this symbiosis is translated as applied to the price of oil, it will turn out approximately as follows. Either the price of oil rises sharply and then slowly falls, or it falls sharply and then slowly rises.

And periods of sharpness will alternate with periods of slowing. Events, on the one hand, will occur gradually, building into a certain logical sequence, and on the other hand, will have an expressive uncontrollable character. Another configuration adds fuel to the fire — this is Rahu's entry into the same constellation with Jupiter, and for Ukraine, Rahu's entry into the first house. Rahu's action in the first house is always ambiguous. On the one hand, Rahu can transfer the personality, in the case of Ukraine statehood, to the next level.

But there also remains the danger of sliding down to a lower level. And as much as I would like to say that everything will be great in Ukraine and Rahu will move our country to a higher level, the situation with VVP showed that all sorts of surprises are possible. While Jupiter is in the first house of Ukraine's horoscope, a transition to a higher or lower level is unlikely, but already from August 2016 to August 2017 the situation may change sharply.

Rahu's presence near Jupiter may be realized in two directions: on the one hand, Rahu may multiply happiness for Ukraine, and this is most likely connected with problems in Russia and specifically with VVP, for whom this combination in the horoscope from the Moon falls into the fourth house, which is connected with homeland and real estate. Or, on the contrary, Rahu will divide the happiness of Ukrainians in half. Which in fact is also logical, because of the presence of citizens with cotton wool of the brain, for whom a happy Ukraine is needed only together with Russia.

And in 2016 the countries will distance themselves even more, despite external attempts at reunification on Russia's part. There can be no revolutions before August, since Jupiter is not a supporter of revolutionary actions; its actions are always mitigating, and revolutions without blood do not happen. In fact, there will not be more global situations connected with a large number of people, which Rahu can gather, as was the case with the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine, for a long time.

Therefore neither a third Maidan nor popular unrest in Russia should be expected. At least not at the level of the Maidan of 2013-214. Relatively small popular discontent will occur mainly in the period of September-October over the next two years. Therefore neither the government in Ukraine nor the government in Russia will change as a result of popular resistance in the near future. But this does not mean that state regimes cannot change as a result of a force scenario or a military conflict. Quite the opposite.

At the level of world events, military or aggressive pressure on states (meaning anywhere in the world) will only intensify. I will give several historical examples of events that may occur in August 2016; the only thing is that in the examples given the strength of Mars and Saturn is much lower than in August.

A similar astrological situation occurred in January 1958:

• On January 20 the Cold War began.
• On January 21 the January uprising in Venezuela began: a general strike began in Venezuela, ending two days later with the fall of the military dictatorship. January uprising in Venezuela: as a result of a general uprising in Venezuela, the dictatorship of General Marcos Pérez Jiménez was overthrown. A junta led by Admiral Wolfgang Larrazábal came to power, and he assumed the duties of president of the country (until November 14, 1958)[18]. The next day Pérez Jiménez received asylum in the Dominican Republic.
• January 25 — Cuban Revolution: opponents of Fulgencio Batista's regime seized three radio stations in the suburbs of Havana and called on the people to overthrow the dictatorship.
