The Natal Chart of Ukraine.

I will give the reasoning why I do not use the generally accepted date for analyzing Ukraine, 24.08.1991, time: 17:36, 17:57, 17:58, 17:59, 18:00, 18:01 Kyiv, but use the date of adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine, 28.06.1996 09:18 Kyiv.
I will begin with the fact that there is no single opinion on choosing the date and time of a state's birth. Modern astrologers do not have one, and Jyotish does not have one either. There are recommendations, and I will list them:
-
Declaration of independence or act proclaiming statehood.
-
Adoption of the constitution or the fundamental law of the state.
-
First Inauguration of the head of state.
-
First session of parliament.
-
Victory or defeat in a major war, when statehood changed.
What should one pay special attention to when choosing the date and time of a state's birth? First, adherence to the chosen course. It is not very important what is chosen as the time of the state's birth; what matters is the correspondence of this time to what the state follows. I will explain with the example of a tribe. The Kukaracha tribe lived and ate only fish, then another chief ascended the throne and proclaimed that they should eat fish and chicken. And from then on everyone has eaten that way.
Then the birth time of the Kukaracha tribe will be the date and time when the other chief ascended. If some other chief comes in, but the tribe's course does not change, and he supports the old traditions, then such a time should not be used as the birth time.
Or another story: the Kukaracha tribe had always lived on an island with a volcano, but when an eruption began, everyone moved to a neighboring island, where they live to this day. A major change occurred, and the birth time of the Kukaracha tribe is now the date of moving to the neighboring island. It may seem that this is subjective. And that a state changes over time in one way or another, and therefore any date of change can be taken. But Jyotish studies the characteristics of time; it does not study states or people. Precisely the change of a fixed fragment of time within time.
Let us take another example. A house was built and stood for 100 years, after which it was reconstructed and stood for another 100 years, then it was reconstructed a third time. We know all three dates: the date the foundation was laid, and the dates of the first and second reconstructions. Now, if we track the first date, we will see changes in the foundation of the house and in those parts that remained after the reconstructions.
When we study the first reconstruction date, we will see only changes in the parts that fell under the first reconstruction. But we will not see changes in the foundation if they do not affect these reconstructed parts in any way. The same situation will occur with the date of the second reconstruction. We will track changes only in these parts and will miss both the foundation and the parts of the first reconstruction that do not affect the parts of the second reconstruction.
In reality, even the third date will experience changes from both the foundation and the parts from the first reconstruction, but finding this in the chart of the house will be more difficult.
A simple conclusion suggests itself, one that should calm all those who analyze Ukraine's chart by the date of independence rather than by the constitution, or vice versa. Each time reflects some part of Ukraine, but not all of it. Even the Act of Proclamation of the Ukrainian State of June 30, 1941. The question is how strongly this influences the state now, and how accurately some date describes the state as a whole.
I will take several aspects from the natal charts of Ukraine from 24.08 and from 28.06. 24.08 Saturn is in the second house in the constellation of Capricorn. This indicates that the authorities strictly control finances and food, which are constantly lacking. The financial and banking spheres are highly developed. The country's budget, although it suffers from shortages, is distributed reasonably, albeit slowly. 28.06 Saturn is in the eighth house together with Ketu in Pisces; accordingly, Rahu is in the second house.
The authorities are corrupt, the state is completely in long-term debt, which the authorities are trying to manage. There is a constant problem with birth rates, where mortality exceeds birth rates. In a completely unpredictable way, the state receives credits and loans. At the same time, fairly large financial flows pass through it, which the state cannot use. (Rahu in the second). Here, most likely, this refers to the gas transport system, where we earned almost nothing.
I would stop right here, because Saturn's position in the chart from the day of independence does not describe the real course of things in Ukraine. But the chart from the day the Constitution was adopted does describe it, and rather accurately.
24.08 In the ninth house, in the constellation of Leo, are the Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter. This can be described in one phrase: the Vatican. So much religion, knowledge, and worldwide fame is definitely not about Ukraine. If we had that many planets in the ninth house, we would honor dharma and do everything through the church. We would have immutable laws with a religious or scientific subtext. We would be a country with a huge number of the most famous educational institutions at the level of Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, and others.
We would be extremely fortunate and peace-loving toward foreigners, of whom we would have very many. 28.06 The Sun is in the eleventh house in the constellation of Gemini; Venus, Mercury, and Mars are in the tenth house in the constellation of Taurus. "Neither glory nor freedom has yet died in Ukraine." The popularity and fame of Ukraine throughout the world are due to self-realization through the tenth house, where creativity, sport, and transport are located. I will take a limited set of symbols.
We had the largest transport aircraft in the world, we have 13 world champions in boxing alone, we have repeatedly won Eurovision, etc.
Again, my opinion is that the chart from the day of independence does not reflect present-day Ukraine.
It would be possible to analyze all the planets in Ukraine's horoscope for comparison, but these two large descriptions should be enough to understand why I chose the time and date of adoption of the constitution for analysis, rather than the date of proclamation of independence, with complete dependence first on Russia, and now on the West and the USA. I do not see an independent Ukraine, and that is a pity.
