Global Trends of 2023

In 2023, three slow grahas(planets) will change constellation, namely Saturn, Jupiter, and the lunar nodes. Usually a change of constellation occurs for one or two planets. This fact alone says that the year will be filled with changes. Since the trends are global, they cannot be classified unambiguously as good or bad, because what is good for us is bad for our enemy, and vice versa.

For the world, Saturn's transition from the constellation of Capricorn to the constellation of Aquarius, which will occur on 17.01.2023, will end the main large period of restrictions that began in January 2020 and is mainly connected with coronavirus and the war. Saturn already tried last year to leave the constellation of Capricorn, but because of retrograde motion it was unable to complete this maneuver; in January it will succeed. At this time, for many people on earth, sade-sati will end; for others it will change phase, and for still others sade-sati will begin.

In any case, from 21.12.2022 to 24.03.2023 it is in transition, so reasonable actions from the world should not yet be expected. The loss of reason, for which Saturn is responsible, leads to a large number of problems, catastrophes, mistakes, and failures.

For the world, Jupiter's transition from the constellation of Pisces to the constellation of Aries, which will occur on 22.04.2023, means the end of the year of misfortunes and self-isolation, and the beginning of a year of happiness from undertakings, active and/or military actions.

from 28.03.2023 to 17.05.2023 Jupiter will be in transition, so the time will be heavy and unhappy, because it will be weakened. Do not plan festivities or family events for this time; wait for the end of Jupiter's transition. My birthday is exactly on May 18, so one can consider that it will open the doors for positive events)

The lunar nodes will leave their constellations, as always, abruptly, without experiencing problems with strength. On 29.11.2023 Rahu will change the constellation of Aries for Pisces, and Ketu will change Libra for Virgo, respectively. This is a very important change that changes Rahu's global symbol from a symbol of war to a symbol of help, self-confinement, and charity. One wants to cry out: "Hurrah!, The end of the war," but Jupiter, by its position in Aries, supports the symbolism of war further. This is a world trend, and it does not necessarily relate to the war between Ukraine and Russia; it shows that military events on the world stage will be relevant throughout 2023.

From all of the above, one can conclude that the first half of 2023 will be difficult and heavy; summer and autumn will be more stable, which will make them seem softer and more pleasant.

Trends for Ukraine in 2023.

In the Vimshottari Dasha periods, the Rahu dasha is still active, and therefore transformations will not leave Ukraine until 2035.

The Saturn subperiod for Ukraine began in July 2022 and will last until May 2025, which also promises nothing good, since Saturn is responsible for the realization of negative karma and suffering.

The next Mercury subperiod will change to the Ketu subperiod in May 2023. Since Ukraine's natal Ketu is in the eighth house, one should expect events from the symbolism of the eighth house, namely loans, a partner's property, critical situations, and encounters with death. This subperiod is short and will last until July 2023, then it will be replaced by the Venus subperiod, which will be active until January 2024. Venus in Ukraine's natal chart is in the tenth house, and during this time one should count on Ukraine's successful self-realization.

As a result, Vimshottari Dasha shows that for Ukraine the first half of the year will remain difficult, but in the second half of the year one should count on success in affairs.

For Ukraine, Saturn's transition from the sixth house to the seventh means a departure from the symbolism of the enemy into the symbolism of partnership and deeper relations with partners; we will probably have to give up some partners. This is a positive trend, since the symbol of the enemy will cease to operate. This can mean many things, but as an example it can also mean that Russia, from a symbolic enemy, may become a symbolic partner whom we will reject. From an astrological point of view, this is a big change, because the enemy is a harsher symbol than an unacceptable partner.

From March 28 to May 17, 2023, Jupiter will leave the eighth house of both Ukraine and Russia; this is difficult to characterize unambiguously. On the one hand, we lose Jupiter's protection and will now rely only on our own forces in the war; on the other hand, Russia also loses Jupiter's protection and must rely only on its own forces. But we have a large quantity of partner weapons and the AFU, while they have mobiks and rusty rifles. The enemy should not be underestimated; they have enough metal and convicts with drunks to continue this war.

But after 22.04.2023 the war can be lost or won, which I spoke about throughout the whole of the 22nd year: before 22.04.2023 it was impossible to win the war, just as it was impossible to lose it.

Leaving the eighth house, Jupiter will move into Ukraine's ninth house, and this means happiness from law, religion, and everything foreign and alien; in Russia the symbol will be the same. Only Russia has Iran as a partner, while we have the entire civilized world. This does not mean that Russia will not be able to find other partners; after all, it is also undergoing a change of symbolism because of Saturn's transition, just as we are, from enemies to partners. But the quality of those very partners is very important.

Rahu's transition from the ninth house to the eighth house promises nothing good for Ukraine, just as for Russia, because it is the same for it. But the symbol works in both directions; I would very much like us to become the source of problems for Russia, and not the other way around.

Summarizing all of the above, I do not see our victory in this war in 2023. I can boldly suppose successful victories on the battlefield, the supply of weapons that will bring our victory closer, but the victory itself will still have to be awaited at least until May 2024; at that time Jupiter will enter Ukraine's tenth house, where Mars is located for us, and this one factor can be interpreted as happiness from war and self-realization.

This year will show whether there will be victory in 2024, but positive trends are already visible today.
