Forecast for March-April 2023

08.03.2023 (+- 2 days) The conjunction of transit Jupiter with natal Ketu in Ukraine's eighth house and the conjunction of transit Mars with natal Mercury in Ukraine's tenth house. A symbol of happiness from a crisis situation, without the possibility of obtaining material results. That is, the situation will be dangerous and difficult, but still not as critical as it could have been.
09.03 (+- 2 days) Saturn's exit from the transition in which it had been for more than a year because of its retrograde motion. A global aspect that says the world has regained its reason. In the next two and a half years, the world will feel the influence of this graha as putting affairs in order. But order is a relative concept; it will rather be an unemotional, cynical, or mathematically precise order. The restrictions that we lost during Saturn's transition will begin to return, and new restrictions will also appear. Order will form slowly, but solidly, so that it will not have to be redone later.
09.03 (+- 2 days) The Sun loses strength. This is a recurring global aspect that creates a symbol of loss of face and forms news connected with scandals, accusations and embarrassing situations.
17.03. (+- 2 days) The transit Sun conjoins transit Mercury in the eighth house. A resonant event connected with the symbolism of the eighth house, movement and society. A massive missile strike is very likely, as is a dangerous movement of troops, or problems with the movement of our troops. The lightest version of this symbol's realization is connected with information: secret information may surface, or resonant accusations may be voiced against Ukraine or its officials.
20.03 (+- 2 days) Transit Venus conjoins transit Rahu in the ninth house in Aries, where it will gain toxicity from Rahu. Rahu in Aries is a global aspect that is one of the main factors in the beginning of this war. In this war Venus acts as the implementer of what was planned and participates in the most difficult situations. The very beginning of the war occurred on the conjunction of Venus and Mars. This is a very dangerous aspect, and it is only the first in a chain of aspects.
Over the next couple of months the entire stellium of the Sun will pass through a similar conjunction and form the first eclipse corridor of this year, which will begin on April 10 and last until May 10. Considering that Jupiter will lose strength right before the beginning of this corridor, on April 5, symbolically the whole world will plunge into darkness and lose happiness for all of April and half of May. At the moment of this aspect of Venus and Rahu on 20.03, there will be a multiple realization of military plans or military actions. That is, something will be multiplied many times on the theater of military operations.
Next are my assumptions about what this could be.

The first thing that comes to mind is our counteroffensive. This may also be confirmed by the aspect of the following day, when the Sun returns strength in Ukraine's eighth house.

This is russia opening a new front. For example, an offensive from the side of Belarus, although experts will disagree with me, because russia has no resources in that direction. This option may be supported by the aspect of 22.03, which symbolically means getting stuck on the road.

It may be a massive missile strike of unprecedented force. This option may also be supported by the aspect of 21.03.

It may mean a collapse of the front, as happened during the Kharkiv counteroffensive, which is supported by the aspect of 26.03, which symbolically may mean lightning-fast advance without the ability to use the results of that advance.

An unlikely option is the beginning of another war or other wars, because the aspect is global. For example, the start of russia's collapse or a war in another part of the globe.

Some kind of shock in the financial sphere, ecology, refugee issues, or in principle affecting a large number of people.
I do not see other options yet, but that does not mean they are impossible. The event will obey the rule of the symbol, but it is very difficult even to guess it.
21.03 (+- 2 days) The Sun returns strength in the eighth house of Ukraine's chart. On the one hand, Ukraine may look like a successful warrior (symbolically, a killer) or like a victim. In any case, a resonant event connected with the symbolism of the eighth house will occur, and this is something to beware of.
22.03 (+- 2 days) The conjunction of transit Mercury with natal Saturn in Ukraine's eighth house. Sad information for Ukraine, a stoppage of movement because of a critical situation, a crisis in the sphere of transport and movements, which also includes energy, and, for example, the flow of water from a hydroelectric power plant. This aspect can also be positive; symbolically it sounds like skillful management of movement during a critical situation. Still, Jupiter is so far still in Ukraine's eighth house, so the symbol has a softening from the planet of happiness, Jupiter.
26.03 (+- 2 days) On this day there will be two aspects: one is the conjunction of transit Mercury with natal Ketu in the eighth house, and the second is Mars returning strength. The first may mean some incredible information, something completely unrealistic, or lightning-fast advance. If we take the problem with Mercury that will arise on 22.03, then 26.06 may be the solution to this problem, and Mercury's sphere will receive a great deal of strength.
Mars's transition into the constellation of Gemini, where the 11th house is located in Ukraine's chart, will make a lot of noise. Situations will be connected mostly with politics and society, and to the same extent may be connected with information and movements of various kinds. And since Gemini is dual by nature, there will be many vile actions from Mars. Considering that Saturn has regained its strength, this may look like a game of military strategies or an arms competition. In any case, the information war will move to the next level and will strongly influence the military actions directly.
27.03 (+- 2 days) Again there are two aspects, which also overlap with the previous two. That is, there will be more than enough news in this period. The first aspect is the conjunction of transit Jupiter with transit Mercury in Ukraine's eighth house, and since Mercury was connected with recent problems in the previous aspects, at this time all these problems will be resolved and, as a result, the world will receive pleasant news. Since the aspect is also global.
The second aspect is the conjunction of the transit Sun with natal Saturn in Ukraine's eighth house; symbolically it looks as if Saturn has caught the Sun in a trap. In the context of war, an encirclement is possible, but since the symbol works in both directions, an encirclement is possible both on Ukraine's side and on russia's side. But because Saturn is nevertheless located in Ukraine's chart, even if there is no encirclement, we will receive grief and suffering that will be very resonant and will stir society.
29.03 (+- 2 days) Mercury loses strength. This means that the sphere of information, movement and travel will weaken. After the aspect of 27.03, it looks like a time of quiet/silence after something significant.
from 3.04 to 4.04 (+- 2 days) there will be three aspects at once. Mercury will regain its strength, which means its sphere will recover. Venus, covered with Rahu's venom, will lose strength; accordingly, the cruelty it has been carrying all this time will diminish slightly. You should not plan anything for this time; everything will proceed with problems. And its sphere will also weaken, namely: finances, life in any of its manifestations, art, beauty, children and childbirth.
And the last aspect is the conjunction of the transit Sun with natal Ketu in Ukraine's eighth house. Some strong, resonant, socially important event, one way or another connected with the symbolism of the eighth house, that is, with crises, critical situations, in a word, with war.
05.04 (+- 2 days) There will be two aspects, and both are critically important and unfavorable. The whole chain of March aspects led to this date. No matter how much we tried to do something well during March, the result will not satisfy the whole world, because it will lose happiness for a month and a half. On this day Jupiter loses its strength, and the energy of this event will touch everyone on earth. From the point of view of the war, this means that whatever actions are taken, the final result will lead to a worsening of the situation, which the world will be clearing up for almost 2 months, until 17.05.
The second global aspect is no better: transit Mercury will conjoin transit Rahu. And since Mercury indicates the event, throughout this time until the eclipse it will show exactly which spheres the eclipse will affect. Its entire sphere will be poisoned by Rahu's venom; communication will become disgusting, and movements and travel will be difficult because there will be very many of them.
Symbolically this looks like flight: a large number of refugees may appear, or it may be connected with desertion, flight from the battlefield, or a large-scale offensive. This is the second aspect that may lead to our counteroffensive if it does not begin on 20.03.
In human terms:
As I wrote in the global forecast, two planets (grahas) are changing their constellation almost simultaneously, and March is precisely the turning point when this change will occur. The war will change beyond recognition, as will the life of the whole world after Saturn returns strength. For everyone, this month will be significant and will determine the future course. In one of my forecasts I indicated that russia would look for partners, and in 2023 democratic and anti-democratic coalitions would form.
Today the anti-democratic coalition already includes russia, Iran, Belarus, North Korea, and several African countries. Many countries such as China, India, Georgia, Hungary, Czechia (because there is a new president and there will be a new government), Kazakhstan, and possibly some other countries of the post-Soviet space are in the gray zone and have not yet joined the democratic coalition, expressing sympathy for Putin, or, as China says, choosing the path of reconciliation between Ukraine and russia.
This strongly resembles the distribution of forces for the beginning of a third world war, in its classic, not hybrid, form, in which it is already going on now.
Accordingly, the war cannot end in spring, as Budanov says, because these two sides have almost formed. And the aspect that formed the war will change only in December 2023.
