The thought was prompted by criticism, criticism of the West, Poroshenko, etc., in general any criticism of the current system of governance. Sitting on the couch or taking part in a kitchen argument, it seems that I would have done better. But is that so? In order for a person to receive the support of a large number of people, he must possess a certain potential. From the outside, it seems that anyone can do it, and anyone can cope, if only given a chance. Esoterically this is incorrect.

In order to manage flows of people, as well as flows of information, one needs to possess a special skill, and have the corresponding level of energy. To manage information and society it is necessary for a person to have a lot of the element of air; if what is required is managing information and people of another country, then for this it is necessary to have a sufficient amount of the element of ether.

And now think about your childhood, youth, or whatever else you had there, and estimate how many people learned about You over Your Entire life, count the number, and you will understand what amount of element You can manage.

Of course from the outside things are clearer, and from below all the flaws of governance are much more visible than from above. But for understanding I suggest You conduct a small thought experiment. Imagine some simple object, then multiply it in your imagination to three, then to a dozen, a hundred, a thousand, ten thousand, maybe to a million, and if someone can manage it, to tens of millions. Try in your imagination to give independent movement to this number of the simplest objects.

And when you understand how difficult this is, think about it: you were managing identical objects, in your own imagination, and it was hard for You. The souls of rulers, however, manage other individualities, in large numbers, and at the same time are capable of achieving certain goals. Of course they do not succeed, they have to learn, and during war each of their mistakes costs lives, brings pain and suffering. But if You yourself have not grown, if Your soul is rather small, why criticize? Engage in self-improvement.
